1. Faulty Products

2. Warranties

For Traditional Watches

Your traditional watch is covered by a warranty provided by the brand you purchased starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty includes materials and manufacturing defects, covering the watch movement, hands, and dial. To avail warranty repairs:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects in battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
  • Damage from improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, or water damage if care instructions are not followed.

Your smartwatch is covered by a warranty provided by the brand you purchased. Similar to traditional watches, the warranty covers material and workmanship defects. To avail warranty repairs:
