This document, together with the documents referred to in it, sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products ("Products") listed on our website www.timeplanet.com.my ("our site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Our site is operated by Time Planet Sdn Bhd ("we/us/our"). We are registered in Malaysia with registration number 723327-A. Our registered office and main trading address are at 44A, Jalan Perda Selatan, Bandar Perda, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.

Our site is intended for use by people residing in Malaysia only. We do not accept orders from individuals outside of Malaysia. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are at least 16 years old.
• You are a resident in Malaysia.
• You are accessing our site from Malaysia.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an e-mail confirming that the Product has been dispatched ("the Dispatch Confirmation"). The Contract for sale and purchase of the Product between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site will be of satisfactory quality. Any warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permissible by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third-party seller.

Your order will normally be delivered in 5 - 7 working days after your order has been shipped out. In any event, the order will be fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances. Delivery shall always be made to the payment card-holder's address. Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and included in your total order amount. We will email you as soon as the order has been dispatched.

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time. Prices are liable to change at any time. Our site contains a large number of Products, and despite our best efforts, some may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If it's higher, we will contact you for instructions or reject the order.

Payment for all Products must be by a Malaysia credit card (Visa and Master accepted). We will charge your credit card when you place an order. If any item(s) is out of stock at the time of dispatch, we will refund the amount to your credit card within 14 business days.

If the product is faulty, please email us at timeplanet133@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days after receiving the product. Refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind are not allowed.

We warrant that any Product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

We collect personal information to process your order and may disclose it to third parties, including our service providers. Your purchase of the Products is conditional on providing this information.

When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website.

All notices given by you to us must be given to us at our registered office. We may give notice to you at the e-mail or postal address you provide when placing an order.

The Contract is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge, or otherwise dispose of a Contract without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract, or otherwise dispose of a Contract at any time.

We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies.

If any provision of a Contract is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be severed from the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions, which will continue to be valid.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Contracts will be governed by the law of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
